Objectives

Co-creating a digital transformation strategy for a retail landscape in full disruption.

Our approach

ICI Paris XL approached Scopernia to brainstorm on what the future of retail will look like in a world of digital disruption. Their key challenge: How can we excel in a hybrid customer experience?

Through a series of co-creation workshops we mapped the retail innovation landscape and scoped opportunities for ICI Paris XL as a hybrid retailer.

We identified a set of relevant hybrid applications to be implemented on the short- and longterm and translated this into a concrete roadmap for change.
Together we set up a digital office whose sole focus is to scope, test, pivot and validate hybrid applications within their retail network.

With our consultants as their digital coaches, they have set up an experience test store, ran VR/AR pilots, repurposed their shopping app, launched new business models and generated a culture of empowerment and entrepreneurship within their physical stores.
